Thats funny but when you you think about it what halo did was steal an idea and make it better. In half-life the head crabs are just some organism that turns people into zombies and thats about it, they attack you kill them end of story. But with Halo the flood are a major plot device, adding a whole new element to the Halo universe. It kind of reminds me of this one star wars quote "the Chiss, they don't just steal your ideas, they turn around and make it better"

Yeah. I guess Halo kinda stole the idea. But flood are way worse, because the host body is still alive after wards. The guy being controlled knows what he's doing.
